2008 Summer Tour From Sock Hop to Fat Alberts Fresh off producing Richard Summerbell's Windows Blazing in the Summer Sun album in Dale Morningstar's Gas Station studio, blues outlaw Tom Glenne will take his band (The Tom Glenne 5.5) on tour from Victoria to Toronto this summer. The tour starts in Victoria on Aug 16th at the Fernwood NRG gym with a sock hop, and ends on sept 24th with a feature at Toronto's legendary Fat Albert's coffeehouse, where Tom has been appearing for more than a decade. As always with the TG 5.5, expect funky blues, three part harmonies and a lively rapport with the audience. Before he heads off on tour, Tom is hosting a series of intimate shows at the Squilax General Store and Hostel with a few touring friends and a hot new drummer.
